ALEJANDRO COLUNGA

Alejandro Colunga was born in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, on December 11, 1948.

He studied Architecture, Music and Tourism of 1968-72. He is self-taught. With numerous exhibitions both individual and collective since 1968, in the United States, Mexico, Europe and South America. Some of his works are in important collections and museums. He works on ambitious sculptural projects based on water tanks, steel, glass and live fish.

You have his workshops and he works in different parts of the world, his base is Guadalajara, where he develops most of his projects and in Puerto Vallarta he has exhibited many of his works, like the chairs that are on the boardwalk.
