ANA FABRY

Plastic artist who has lived and worked in Santa Fe, Argentina for many years. She has entered to the art history of the country and has spread her talent to other parts of the world.

She performs her works under a rigorous composition, always taking into account the thematic unit. She has a refined technique, where the intensity and richness with which she handles her pigments stands out, layer upon layer, the material gives her the absolute potential to build passages, plots and textures that have to do with the sensory, relating to sensuality, and
configuring a unique colorful optic that favors expression.

Ana Fabry creates leaving nothing to chance, building from a historical conscience, with a very personal conception of her time in this world. She usually poses her works from the grotesque, sometimes reaching the limit of the absurd. It is not humor that flies over her images, but a somber melancholy mixed with a biting cynicism and a deliberate attempt to make us capture situations from the deep psychology of each character, which simultaneously becomes a threat to the actors themselves, who they cannot hide their crises.
