CÉSAR CÓRDOVA

César Córdova (1983) has a degree in Visual Arts from ENAP / UNAM (2003-2006). His work has been presented in different exhibitions in Mexico, the US, Italy, Colombia, Germany and the Netherlands.

He obtained the XXXII National Prize for Young Art (2012), the FONCA Young Creators grant on two occasions (2012 and 2016), honorable mentions at the XVII Rufino Tamayo Painting Biennial (2016) and the III and IV José Atanasio Painting Biennial Monroy (2016 and 2018); as well as the first place in the V National Competition of Professional Artistic Painting Rodin-Royal Talens (2016).

He has participated in academic talks at the UNAM Faculty of Arts and Design, the Veracruzano Institute of Culture and the Morton auction house. He has taught courses at the undergraduate level and currently dedicates efforts to teaching painting through the YouTube platform.
