VICENTE ROJO

Vicente Rojo (Born 1932, Barcelona, Spain) is a Spanish artist who arrived to Mexico at the age of 17. Rojo is an artist, painter, designer and editor whose work explores the modern vision of Mexico.

The trajectory of his production has always been revolved around the “social and utilitarian service of editorial design, and the defense of the autonomy,
opacity and difficulty of painting”. Writing and painting he demonstrates a set of skills developed thoroughout his creer, which can be seen as a modernist vision based on creativity and art.
